Lucy Atkinson 

​

I am an HCPC-registered physiotherapist based in Newton Upon Derwent, York. My physiotherapy journey began in 2021, and I currently work within the NHS. I have been fortunate to pursue my passion for paediatric physiotherapy and take great pride in supporting children and adolescents to achieve their goals.

​

My approach centres on getting to know each patient, carrying out thorough assessments, and creating tailored programmes designed to help them reach their full potential. I am also committed to injury prevention and education, empowering patients with the knowledge and strategies they need to manage their health independently and make positive lifestyle choices that will benefit them well into adulthood.

I enjoy working with patients of all abilities—from those striving to return to their favourite everyday hobbies to athletes performing at a high level.

New Patient appointment: £50 
Follow up appointments: £40

Within your appointment, Lucy will take time getting to know you and the problem you are presenting with. Followed by top to toe assessment and tailor made programs, education and advice to address your needs.
